Claire from Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town.
Actually this was supposed to be a colour doodle/experiment/rendering for fun (that’s why I didn’t ink the lineart), but it took longer than I thought. Just wanted to try out some shoujo sparkle effects. I think of her as a career woman, an adventurous & temperamental person (just look at what happened to the mayor at the starting of the game, lol.)
